A Clown's Perspective on Physical Theatre
Free unticketed development event
Venue: The Other Room
Host: George Fuller
Drawing on his 30 years experience in performance and clowning on stage and in the streets, the class will focus on exploring performers' unique voice through improvisation while anchored in act format and construction. Our guiding principle will be: failing is the tipping point to achieving something new. We will endeavour to develop our practice of stage play, mining real joy and the chaos of freedom to help us break from the norm and stay present in the performative moment.
The maximum number of participants for this workshop is 10, so arrive early to make sure you get a spot!
Access information: This venue is wheelchair accessible, via the back entrance.
